We believe in the the concept of lifelong learning. We think that education does not end when we finish high school or college. We also do not see the essential difference between formal and non-formal education: onecansimply perform the job for ,which one is engaged,well or less successfully. In our system of values the life and work experience are at the top and are of valuable importance, because knowledge can be acquired, while the life and work experience are gained during time. We believe that further education and training of the working-age population upon the completion of the formal education, is the key to success and it is decisive advantage that one nation acquires in relation to the other nations. Therefore, we have decided that one part of our business should be focused on informal educational content and training sessions, workshops which will find its way to our service users through training centers.
